So here it comes; a perfect wave!
All of us are going to ride this wave!
Then, just as the wave crests I see this asshole standing on some shit and he’s right in front.
So dolphin one leaps out, lowers his snout, and takes a paddle boarder OUT!
Every surfer has a crazy story about dolphins popping out of waves and people would think it was a shark in the middle of the wave but honestly a flying dolphins is a nice alternative.
From Orange County to San Diego, where the water is warmer, a lot of people had a couple dolphin encounters.
People forget that they are smart social creatures. You would be surfing and they would try to show off for you. Or splash you. Or pop up next to your head when you’re laying on your board seemingly trying to scare the shit out of you.
Anyone who surfs in CA or Brazil or anywhere with warmer waters frequently has met a couple curious dolphins.
The latest encounter went viral when a paddle boarder in Gracetown, Western Australia, was filmed in a unique encounter with some of the ocean’s friendliest creatures. Andrew Hill was waiting to film surfers when Lucas noticed a pod of dolphins that appeared to be chasing fish, when the pod of about 20 dolphins then turned to catch a wave, one dolphin jumped out of the water and knocked the Stand Up Paddle Boarder off his board.
